Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Prophosor. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Prophosor provides custom website, e-commerce, application and social commerce design and development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every project are defined in a written proposal and agreement before work begins.
2. Proposals and acceptance
A quote or proposal is valid for the period stated in it. A project begins only after the proposal is accepted and the initial payment is received.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise stated in your agreement, projects are invoiced 50% upfront and 50% on launch. Larger projects may use milestone billing. Monthly care plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Work may be paused on overdue invoices.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content and access to existing accounts where required. Project timelines assume reasonable response times; delays caused by extended review periods may adjust the launch date.
5. Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in your proposal. Additional work beyond the agreed scope is billed at an hourly rate, only with your prior written approval.
6. Intellectual property
Upon final payment, you own the final delivered website or application and its custom code, excluding third-party tools and our general-purpose code (which is licensed to you). We may showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
7. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services (payment processors, hosting, app stores). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing or policies of those services, and their own terms apply.
8. Warranties
After launch, projects include a limited bug-fix warranty for the period stated in your proposal, covering code that does not perform as specified. We cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or business results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
10. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content without permission. All branding and content on this site remain our property. Open-source components and template demonstrations remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their respective open-source licenses (MIT / Apache-2.0).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
